job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage and maintain CIM systems for logistics automation Review and update communication specifications between CIM and PLC Monitor CIM operations and analyze equipment logs Troubleshoot issues related to CIM and communication with PLC Provide service and support by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with CIM-related issues Collaborate with MES and MCS engineers to ensure smooth system integration across manufacturing processes Support equipment interface development and validation to guarantee real-time communication between production equipment and higher-level systems Participate in system upgrades patches and performance tuning to enhance stability and efficiency of CIM operations Document technical issues resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference Assist in projects for smart factory initiatives ensuring CIM is aligned with enterprise IT and manufacturing goals
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and customer service in the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean REQUIRED
- Experience with MES and MCS integration in a smart factory environment
- Familiarity with equipment communication protocols and automation systems
