Management and Engineering Technologies International is seeking a Billing Specialist , to join our team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing billing and vouchering documents while maintaining a high level of data entry accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Location : El Paso, TX
Duties :
- Process billing and vouchering documents in accordance with established procedures
- Accurately enter data into the accounting system
- Ensure that all documents are properly coded and classified
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and vouchering documents
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Perform data entry duties as required
