Essential Job Duties :

• Demonstrate high level of autonomy / expert skill in diagnosis / treatment of complex responses of individual / families / communities to actual or potential mental health problems.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Work with clients / families to develop comprehensive / realistic plans of care which maximize positive health outcome.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals, behavioral health providers.
• Observe and conform to standards of Third Street Family Health Services, including maintaining current patient records.
• Observe / conform to all laws, customs / ethics applicable to the profession of nursing.
