• What You'll Do
• Craft and execute flavorful, authentic Indian menus
• Lead a small team (1-2 hourly staff) with hands-on culinary excellence (80% of your time spent cooking)
• Manage ordering, inventory, and menu planning
• Bring creativity and consistency to every dish

• Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
