Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role :
The Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to leadership by providing critical financial insights that support investment decisions, project feasibility, and overall business growth. The role is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses, preparing budgets and forecasts, and consolidating financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the analyst will support due diligence for new developments, acquisitions, and joint ventures, while working closely with property management teams to monitor performance, improve operational efficiency, and maximise returns across the company's hospitality and real estate portfolio.

Partner with property management teams to monitor efficiency and profitability. Identify cost-control opportunities and strategies to maximise returns. Investor-Facing Standards : Candidate must ensure highly polished reports and presentations suitable for billionaire investors, where formatting and precision are critical.
System Oversight & Improvement : The role involves building and improving budgeting and tracking systems, especially for construction and development projects.
Focus Areas : Work spans active construction, restoration projects, and ongoing property operations, not just new developments.
First Six Months Goals : Establish excellence in reporting, develop 1-year and 5-year financial plans, refine pro formas, and set up effective financial tracking systems.
Work Distribution : Approximately 50% reporting, 20% forecasting, 10% systems implementation, 10% oversight / management of a bookkeeper, plus ad-hoc analyses.
