Individuals who are enthusiastic about learning how to lead a team. Stewards who lead by example and collaborate well with others. Help to lead and inspire your team to success. Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients. Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support. Use exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with upper management, staff, and clients. Keep up to date with salon software and other business applications. Be goal-driven with the ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets. Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with the rest of the leadership team. Make a minimum of $20-$29 per hour, including wages, incentives, and bonuses. Help to craft a flexible salon schedule that ensures coverage on evenings and weekends for the benefit of both customers and team members.
