Lead Restoration Tech / Future Project Manager

Role | Lead Restoration Tech / Future Project Manager

Compensation | Competitive Compensation (Anticipated range : $23-30 / hr + Bonuses)

This is an impactful role. As a Lead Technician, you will embody our core values while assisting customers who have experienced fire, water, or mold damage in returning their homes or businesses to good condition.

    • Required Experience

  • Strong restoration field experience ( water, fire, mold ) required.
  • Great at documentation? We want YOU.

    • Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Effectively perform all mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
  • Complete appropriate restoration documentation (drying logs, equipment logs, sketches).
  • Communicate and supervise project objectives with technicians.
  • Inspect completed work.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain toolbox
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance
  • Participate in 24 Hour on-call shifts .
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Valid drivers license.
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects (lifting up to 75 pounds)
