Primary Purpose :

Supporting the Core Values of Passion, Teamwork and Excellence and u nder the direction of the Operations Team Lead and / or Department Manager, the Palletizer Operator is responsible for high speed manufacturing of metal food packaging through machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, feel and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and work in confined spaces. The team member must occasionally lift and or move up to 75 pounds and frequently lift between 1- 50 pounds. There is no continual lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision as well as color recognition. Good hand eye coordination is necessary.
