Wieland is hiring a 2nd Shift Skill ed Machinist. This position is responsible for operating and setting up a variety of machines on fairly complicated work to close tolerances. May perform setups for other operators and trains on set standards and company policies. This position calls up programs and performs manual data input. Makes minor modifications to programs as required with approval and direction of engineering and / or management / supervisors. This role is located in Lake Zurich, IL and will be fully on-site.

Pay Range : $27.00 / hr. to $40.00 / hr.

Schedule : 2nd Shift 4 : 00 pm - 2 : 30 am | Monday - Thursday

Pay Schedule : Weekly

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"), and the ability to access and handle ITAR "Technical Data" as defined by 22 CFR

Responsibilities

Okuma Skilled Machinist Responsibilities :

Perform advanced setup operations (aerospace, new product, etc.), adjust and check out programming and operate numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specification requiring a high degree of skill
