Licensed Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Construction) to oversee multiple data center projects in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project delivery from start to close out, ensuring timely and effective execution

Establish and maintain strong client relationships while communicating with technical and management personnel

Support business development efforts through strategy development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of construction project management experience

Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or a related field

Strong understanding of construction, mechanical, and electrical systems

Experience in client-facing roles and developing various types of reports

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
