$16.50-18 / hr + tips

Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for warewashing, cleanliness of kitchen, bathrooms, dining area and outside area. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Washing dishes and tools as needed in a timely manner
• Preparing sauces, salads, cookies, meatballs and other items with consistent quality
• Assisting prep team with dough mixing and portioning
• Maintain and abide by County Health / Sanitation standards
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are cleaned on a regular basis including vents and hoods.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
• Communicating with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise
• Receiving orders and checking for any shorted or subbed items upon delivery
• Positive attitude and being coachable is very important to us
