Mortgage Account Manager

A company is looking for a Wholesale Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Responds to broker calls and maintains communication regarding file status and conditions

Manages an extensive pipeline, ensuring lock expirations and funding timelines are met

Completes processor functions, including data entry and preparing files for issuance

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of mortgage industry experience

Extensive experience as a processor or in an underwriting-related function

Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks in a large workflow

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Must work independently and demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality
