Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer with to years of experience in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics engineering.
This role involves Quality engineering, customer handling, business development, and global coordination, requiring an innovative and strategic approach to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Support quality systems and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards (IATF , ISO ).

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for internal and supplier quality issues.

Review and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Work Instructions.

Lead or assist in PPAP submissions and process validations.

Program Management : Lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.

Customer Handling : Engage with clients, address technical queries, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities, with to years of experience in business expansion strategies.

Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with global teams to drive technical projects and align strategies across different locations.

Quality Software Implementation : Utilize quality management software and methodologies to improve processes and optimize efficiency.

Technical Expertise : Apply industry knowledge across Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics domains.

Travel : Some travel required for customer meetings, business development initiatives, and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience :

Experience : Minimum to years in engineering-related roles with program management expertise.

Business Development : Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies for expansion.

Project Management : Strong ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery.

Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Quality Software Implementation, engineering tools, and industry best practices.

Global Team Coordination : Demonstrated experience working with international teams.

Communication & Leadership : Excellent ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and interact effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Expertise in quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.

Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment.

Education :

Bachelor Degree in ME / Electrical
