Responsibilities
- General show / Supplier set up
- Track and process various invoices and production funding requests
- Update Studio Paid Cost trackers
- Maintaining accountant access across internal and external system
- Maintain production accounting staff information in central database
- Coordinating proof of insurance for vendors
- Positive pay review for fraud protection
- Map custom COAs to Netflix COA (chart of accounts)
- Track cost report submissions and follow up for overdue reports
- Add entries to Anticipated Receipts Tracker as needed
- Contribute ideas for development of systems & tools
- Scheduling internal and external meetings as needed
- Update various Production Finance tools
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications
1-2 years of work experienceStrong interest in building a career in production financeExperience in a freelance production or production accounting role or in a role with the Production or Production Finance team at a major Studio is preferred but not requiredPossess a high level of intellectual curiosity and be solutions-orientedThrive in a fast-paced and challenging environmentSelf-motivated, disciplined, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasksExhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethicsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel or Google Sheets skillsA degree from a four year college is preferredInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
