Position Summary

The Software Deployment Specialist will be responsible for deploying software related to CNC machinery, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a hands-on approach, working directly with customers and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality results.

Primary Responsibilities

Analyze customer software requirements and deploy solutions effectively

Coordinate software testing, installation, and customer training

Provide ongoing technical support to customers and internal teams

Assist with software demonstrations and troubleshooting

Stay up-to-date with software updates and advancements in the field

Qualifications

Educational Background

Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience

57 years of experience in software deployment or related roles

Prior experience with customer-facing responsibilities is a plus

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in software deployment tools and technologies

Experience with troubleshooting software issues

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Comfortable interacting with clients and representing the company professionally
