Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and enhance the company's lending Compliance Management System

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and serve as the primary liaison for regulators and auditors

Develop compliance policies and conduct risk assessments while partnering with various teams to embed compliance into workflows

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive compliance experience within lending originations

Deep knowledge of federal and state lending regulations

Experience managing regulatory exams and external audits

Proven experience leading compliance teams

CAMS, CRCM, or similar certification is a plus
