HVAC / Refrigeration Service Technician

We are looking for Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians that not only have the skills, but the drive to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for technicians that want to keep learning, that want to grow, that take pride in their work and go the extra mile for their customers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, parallel rack systems, etc.)
• Preferred experience with CO₂ refrigeration rack systems, including hands-on work with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transcritical and subcritical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and system checks
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
• Replace or repair compressors, motors, fans, and other key components
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
