Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate among various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU. This role is perfect for those seeking diversity in their nursing career while providing high-quality patient-centered care.

What You'll Do :

• Deliver exceptional care while floating between multiple units.
• Quickly adapt to varied workflows and maintain clinical excellence.
• Engage collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility : Ability to meet the scheduling requirements, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays within a 6-week period.

Training & Skills :

• Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound.
• Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles to develop leadership skills.
