Cleveland-Cliffs Steel has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Order Management Representative at our East Chicago, IN office. As an Associate Order Management Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, you will be part of a team that is directly responsible for the entry and processing of varied customer purchase orders. This position is highly focused on data entry throughput, and reliant on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Understand customer purchase order, contract, and / or part specification sheet requirements and how the information is applicable to the production of the steel
• Enter orders using appropriate technologies into various entry systems
• Review and check orders for discrepancies and / or errors, updating where appropriate
• Develop knowledge of internal business processes and systems
• Process customer order changes that impact the manufacturing / processing or shipment of the steel
• Review and resolve order issues with internal stakeholders
• Understand specific production plant capabilities
• Other duties as assigned
