Pay Scale : $19-22 / hr

Position Summary : As a Home Health Aide you will cover needs at different Private Homes for a shift, several days or weeks, depending on the needs of the clients. You are responsible for providing caring and personalized assistance for clients living in their private homes. This position will assist residents in all day-to-day functions.

Required Experience for Home Health Aide :

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• Desire to work with geriatric population essential.
• Driver's License and Proof of Insurance.
• Training per state requirements

Responsibilities for Home Health Aide :

General Working Conditions : This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read electronic device screens. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Travel to different locations required.
