We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support discovery responses and supplemental / rebuttal filings for utility-related regulatory cases. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with state regulatory rate case processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze sources such as discovery databases to prepare responses and support interrogatories and rate case filing amendments.
• Assess and inventory rate case documents, matrices, and data for case support.
• Investigate facts applicable to utility law to determine causes of action and prepare project-related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain requisite rate case documentation, including document files and repositories.
• Coordinate meeting requests with experts and act as a repository librarian, ensuring volumes are current and organized.
• Perform data analytics, similar to forensic accounting, to support case preparation.
