Reference Data Analyst

Responsibilities

:

• Support the creation of financial instruments as requested by Investors and Trading teams.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to complex and routine reference data inquiries.
• Execute daily validation and initiation procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency across platforms.
• Develop a thorough understanding of internal systems and related datasets to aid in solution design and support issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and brokers to address issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for increased productivity, process improvements, scalability, and enhanced data quality and controls.
• Resolve business and system issues in collaboration with Technology experts, data vendors, brokers, and internal data users.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Investment Compliance, Trading, Fund Services, and Legal to ensure optimal outcomes for purchases, client permissibility, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
• 2+ years of fund operations experience within financial services, including internships.
