Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mammography Technologist to join a dynamic outpatient imaging team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care and possess a strong understanding of imaging best practices and patient communication.

Essential Functions

• Operate mammography equipment to perform diagnostic and screening procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate image quality for technical accuracy, including factors such as contrast, density, and positioning.
• Educate patients on procedures and the importance of regular mammographic screening for breast health.
• Maintain accurate records, complete necessary documentation, and ensure equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and properly maintained.
• Apply standard imaging practices and procedures, relying on professional judgment to meet imaging goals.
• Perform a range of imaging-related tasks with general supervision.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
