We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily and apartment construction, with a strong background in ground-up projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of work experience in the field, capable of overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Take full responsibility for on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including junior superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Schedule Management : Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and communicating any potential delays to project stakeholders.
• Quality Control : Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
• Budget Oversight : Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or schedule.
• Subcontractor Coordination : Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Client Relations : Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving : Quickly identify and resolve on-site issues, using experience and expertise to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as building codes and zoning requirements.
• Technology Integration : Utilize construction management software and other technological tools to enhance project efficiency and communication.
