CTG is seeking to fill a Release Train Engineer I opening for our client.

Overview :
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) I provides servant leadership and Agile coaching to a program-level Agile Release Train (ART) consisting of multiple cross-functional teams. This role applies SAFe and Agile principles to support Program Increment (PI) Planning , Scrum of Scrums , and program-level execution. The RTE ensures delivery predictability, transparency, and forecasting while enabling teams to deliver business value aligned to organizational objectives.
Primary Responsibilities :
Scope of Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordinating and enabling multiple Agile teams within a single ART to meet delivery commitments, quality standards, and business objectives.
Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities :
Direct management responsibility for 410 Scrum Masters supporting teams within the ART, including performance management and development.
Education and Experience Required :
Education and Experience Preferred :
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
