A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee customer adoption, expansion, and retention programs.
Key Responsibilities
Execute lifecycle journeys for install base customers across various channels focused on adoption, expansion, and renewal
Utilize customer and product data to define segments and tailor campaigns accordingly
Run experiments and analyze performance to optimize customer journeys and improve utilization
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Growth Marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
Hands-on experience with lifecycle / marketing automation tools
Strong data literacy and experience in performance reporting
Proven track record of running A / B and multivariate tests
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success teams
