Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows

Proven ability to launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing dashboards

Highly organized and proactive, comfortable working independently
