A company is looking for a Network Operations Tech I.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network sites and analyze monitoring tools to identify system component deterioration
Act as the first tier in alert response and incident resolution for network issues
Perform initial troubleshooting and ensure proper escalation to technical teams
Required Qualifications
At least 3 months of related experience or training, preferably in a Network Operations environment
Flexibility to work alternate shifts to support 24 / 7 operations
Ability to work under pressure
Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) preferred
Working knowledge of modems and basic networking preferred
