En Softwariza3 , partners oficiales de Factorial , buscamos un / a SDR Junior (Sales Development Representative) con ganas de aprender, crecer y tener impacto real.

Nos dedicamos a transformar la forma en que las empresas gestionan su talento a través de Factorial , el software de RRHH líder en Europa. Como SDR serás parte clave de nuestro equipo de ventas : estarás en la primera línea del proceso comercial , identificando oportunidades, conectando con potenciales clientes y posicionando nuestra solución en el mercado.

¿Qué harás?

  • Ejecutar campañas multicanal : llamadas, email, LinkedIn, video…
  • Calificar leads (inbound y outbound) y pasarlos al equipo de Account Executives.
  • Entender las necesidades del cliente para posicionar el valor de Factorial.
  • Utilizar herramientas como HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator y más.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, producto y ventas .
  • Aprender en un entorno rápido, con soporte continuo y foco en resultados.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, atención al cliente o entorno comercial ( mín. 6 meses – 1 año ).
  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas digitales (CRM, Excel, LinkedIn…).
  • Interés real en el mundo SaaS, B2B y tecnología .
  • Valoraremos positivamente que tengas :

  • Experiencia en herramientas de ventas como HubSpot o Salesforce .
  • Experiencia en social selling o LinkedIn.
  • Nivel medio / alto de inglés (¡no excluyente, pero suma!).
  • ¿Qué te ofrecemos?

    Contrato indefinido y proyecto estable.

    Formación inicial y continua impartida por expertos de Factorial .

    Horario flexible para facilitar tu conciliación :

  • 3 días de 8 : 00 a 15 : 00 (incluido viernes)
  • 2 días de 8 : 00 a 18 : 30 (con pausa para comer)
  • Teletrabajo y / o modelo híbrido si resides cerca de nuestras Sede de Elche o Albacete .
