What's A Typical Day As Quality & Compliance Coordinator? You'll Be:

Coordinating and supporting quality, safety, and compliance programs throughout warehouse and distribution operations. Managing and auditing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and compliance activities. Promoting, implementing, and auditing Lean practices such as 5S, visual management, and standard work. Conducting regular facility audits and inspections, tracking findings and corrective actions. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, organization, and efficiency. Maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and compliance records. Training warehouse staff on safety procedures, quality standards, and Lean practices. Monitoring key performance indicators related to quality, safety, and compliance. Ensuring consistent application of company policies and regulatory requirements.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Have a bachelor's degree in Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Possess 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, quality, compliance, safety, or continuous improvement. Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Demonstrate strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills. Have experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Understand Lean principles (such as 5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement practices. Are familiar with EHS standards, audits, and regulatory compliance. Have proven leadership skills and can manage daily tasks for direct reports.
