• Outpatient clinic 4 days per week Tuesday through Friday
• 15 - 20 patients per day with 40 new consults and 20 follow ups
• Outpatient setting
• EMG, Botox, occipital nerve injections, and trigger point injections
• Shared call coverage Friday to Friday via phone
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
