Shift: Mixed - Rotate every other weekend

Why this job:

• 280+ bed hospital with a 14 bed ICU unit
• As a Advanced Clinical Pharmacist you are primarily responsible for the direction of the critical care service line within the hospital. In addition you ensure patients receive safe, effective, evidence-based, and cost-effective selection and utilization of medications in the ICU.
• Participate in facility committees responsible for establishing and implementing medication-related policies and procedures within the ICU
• Assist with clinical services such as drug consults, nutrition support, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV to PO, renal dosing and other programs as defined by Pharmacy Leadership.

Experience you'll need:

• BS or PharmD
• Florida license
• 3 years of hospital experience in critical care or residency in Infectious disease or Critical care
