Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging.
• Perform procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Meet patients, families, and healthcare teams to communicate effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including coding and billing compliance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, reviewing and analyzing clinical outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards; stay informed on regulations and compliance.
• Contribute to clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Engage in continuous learning : attend medical education, training, and stay abreast of advancements.
