• Manage commercial HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, changing orders, and cost control.
• Oversee manpower planning to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure profit margins are met or exceeded through effective project oversight and problem-solving.
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.
• Foster strong client relationships by providing responsive service and addressing concerns proactively.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment across all levels.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
