A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full claims lifecycle for complex or escalated cases across multiple lines of business

Interpret and apply policy language to ensure accurate and equitable claim outcomes

Lead peer quality reviews and provide mentorship to junior claims representatives

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on insurance claims experience (auto, property, or travel preferred)

Active adjuster license (multi-state preferred)

Proven ability to manage complex or high-value claims independently

Demonstrated ability to interpret policy language and apply it accurately

Proficient with digital claims tools and CRM systems
