[job_card.job_description]Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons. Engage with customers; take orders and serve drinks and snacks. Identify customer needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations. Mix ingredients to craft delightful cocktails. Plan and present the bar menu creatively. Verify customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements. Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed. Focus on guest satisfaction and cultivate an outstanding guest experience. Adhere to all food and beverage regulations. Proven experience as a bartender with an impressive resume. Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving. Proficient in computer usage. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. Possess a positive attitude with excellent communication abilities. Maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar area. Relevant training certificate is preferred.

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled servers and bartenders to join our dynamic team! In your role as a Server, you will play a key part in elevating the guest experience by recommending and serving high-quality food and beverages. As a primary contact for guests, it is vital to maintain a friendly, attentive demeanor at all times while reporting directly to the Front of the House Manager or Manager on Duty.
Key Responsibilities as a Server :
- Manage guest incidents and complaints effectively.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accurately handle cash and paperwork.
- Serve as a role model for other team members.
- Make informed and sound judgment calls.
- Know the Fiery Crab menus, policies, and procedures inside-out.
- Be well-versed in our Point of Sale system.
- Exhibit good manners, hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality.
- Thrive under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.
We seek proactive bartenders / servers who can provide an exceptional beverage experience. Top-notch bartenders will craft both classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers' expectations. Your compensation will include a salary plus tips.
