Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position on night shifts, requiring a VT or compact RN license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is within a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
  • Assignment is 32 weeks in duration
  • Night shifts are 12 hours each
  • Patients include laboring and postpartum mothers and newborns
  • A personal vehicle is required due to limited public transportation options near the facility
  • Daily responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns
  • Documentation and patient care activities will be consistent with Labor & Delivery unit standards

    • \n \n Requirements\n

  • Active VT or compact RN license required, or ability to obtain VT licensure promptly upon offer
  • Current BLS certification expected
  • Prior experience in Labor & Delivery nursing required
