The call requirement will vary depending on if they have vein harvesting skills or not.
Must have 2 to 3 years CV FA experience – Open Heart and Vascular experience.
Must to be able to endoscopic vein harvesting.

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (Vascular only does NOT count – experience must include acting as a FA in on-pump cardiac cases
Vein harvesting
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Cardiac – CABG, AVR, MVR, Pericardial window, Aortic dissections, congenital peds, etc
• Vascular – Fem pop, AAA, AV Fistula, etc
Best personality Fit:
• Confident in skills and knowledge
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• CST FA, RN FA
