Assistant Director of Revenue Management
The Hilton Anatole boasts a beautiful 43-acre campus and has 1,617 guest rooms and 600,000 sq. ft of meeting space. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Management to support this beautiful property. This role will be onsite to assist in the day-to-day operations of the department, working hand in hand with the Director of Revenue and operational leaders to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of three years hotel revenue management experience and will have held a supervisory or management role previously. An Assistant Director of Revenue Management is responsible for assisting the Director in monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
