School Year (1 year only - transition year)

Position : Lead Teacher(s) for MCAS Administration ELA Math and Science

Location : Leominster High School / Center for Technical Education Innovation (CTEi)

Stipend : $3000 total (may be split among multiple teachers)

Overview :

Leominster Public Schools is seeking a qualified high school teacher or team of teachers to serve asLead Teacher(s) for MCAS Administrationfor the school year. This stipend position supports the planning coordination and administration of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) in English Language Arts Mathematics and Science.

Responsibilities include :

Assisting school administration with all aspects of MCAS testing setup including student rosters testing sessions and technology readiness.

Working with the special education teachers and coordinator to ensure proper implementation of accommodations for students with IEPs and 504 Plans.

Supporting staff training on MCAS procedures and compliance requirements.

Organizing and managing make-up testing sessions.

Maintaining communication with the building principals.

Upholding state testing security protocols and deadlines.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistical tasks.

Commitment to upholding test security and equitable access for all students.

Stipend : $3000 total. The stipend may besplit among multiple lead teachers(e.g. one per subject area).
