SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Ability to read / understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, Associates, members, and the general public.

Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum one (1) year of Customer Service experience (food service industry experience preferred)
• Food Safety certified
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipate the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Detail-orientation and high cleanliness standards

This position is responsible for creating and serving food & beverages in the Café, maintaining Cafe cleanliness and to provide the highest level of Customer Service and Hospitality.
