The Team Youll Work With
We founded Carta LLC in 2019 with a mission to expand Cartas total addressable market and acquire more nodes in the ownership graph outside Venture.
Carta LLC is Cartas first step into alternative assets including Private Equity Real Estate Professional Services Organizations Roll-ups and other non-tech operating companies. To do this Carta LLC must support the disparate equity structures heavier reliance on documents and multi-entity structures we see in these companies.
The Implementations team is responsible for onboarding LLCs and PE-backed companies onto the Carta platform. The team utilizes their advanced equity knowledge with exceptional client and project management skills to onboard companies and their data on the Carta platform.
