A company is looking for a Senior Director of SMB Strategy and Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive high-impact strategy projects related to the SMB Customer Success business
Develop and present executive-ready presentations and documents articulating strategic direction and findings
Conduct deep-dive business analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive action across the organization
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation at a high-growth technology company
Deep understanding of Customer Success operating models and SaaS GTM strategies
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Exceptional analytical skills; fluent in frameworks and financial drivers
High comfort with ambiguity and ability to influence across matrixed teams
