Title : Knowledge Manager

Location : Quantico, VA

US Citizenship : Required

Clearance : TS / SCI w / ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze technical requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Perform MS SharePoint user and group management
  • Develop solutions for business process automation
  • Provide users with support on MS SharePoint
  • Develop custom MS SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows and scripts
  • Promote adoption through user training
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Develop and maintain KM tools, repositories, and dashboards
  • Lead efforts to standardize documentation and streamline access to critical data
  • Support analysts, editors, and leadership with organized, accurate, and easily retrievable information

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of knowledge management experience within the IC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS SharePoint
  • TS / SCI w / ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
