A company is looking for an Inside Sales Professional II.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales campaigns via phone and other communication methods to identify decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions
Identify customer needs and provide tailored, value-based solutions while facilitating and closing sales opportunities
Leverage ERP and CRM platforms to track pipeline activity and maintain accurate data for disciplined follow-up
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Technical Field, or Business preferred
3+ years in outbound B2B / B2B2C sales; experience in the building products industry strongly preferred
Proficient in sales platforms such as Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, handle objections, and close business
Must maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate client and account requirements
