Position Summary

We’re hiring a Business Development Specialist to help grow referral relationships and expand access to our imaging centers across Houston, Sugar Land, and Victoria. This role is perfect for an outgoing, motivated professional with an interest in healthcare, sales, or marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with physicians, attorneys, and referral partners to increase patient referrals and brand awareness.
• Conduct marketing visits, attend networking events, and promote services through presentations and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and an exceptional patient experience.
• Identify new market opportunities and track outreach activity through CRM tools and reporting.
• Represent Pathway Imaging at medical, legal, and community events.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional presence.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car allowance provided).
