Business Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has formed a partnership with one of the largest defense firms in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in the Financial District of Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with 5+ years of experience to work with a collaborative and growing practice.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Extensive trial preparation and courtroom advocacy experience.
• Full case management, including motion practice and conducting depositions.
• Strong expertise in employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
• Proven ability to engage directly with clients, provide strategic legal counsel, and adapt quickly in high-stakes situations.
• Handle complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, fraud claims, and breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Draft and argue critical motions, such as motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and discovery motions.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, from case strategy and discovery to depositions, trial preparation, and trial execution.
• Must hold an active California Bar license.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary range: $160,000 - $210,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
