Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

to join our team. We are a single-physician's office where every staff member is truly considered family.

If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities Include :

• Work directly with the physician and office manager
• Prepare reports and assist with basic bookkeeping
• Communicate with insurance companies and billers to resolve claim issues
• Collect patient balances and assist with insurance verification
• Answer incoming calls and make patient appointments
• Maintain clear, professional communication with the office manager

Qualifications Include :

medical office setting.

terminology ICD-10, & CPT codes (you won't be doing any billing or coding).
