What You'll Bring :

DDS / DMD from an accredited dental school

Certificate from a U.S.-accredited Orthodontic Residency Program

Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and leadership skills

What You Will Do :

Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents

Perform routine cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments

Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities and developmental concerns

Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care

Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure a positive, child-friendly experience

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
