Processing Manager

A company is looking for a Processing Manager to lead the Processing department in handling medical claims and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Processing Department and ensure compliance with processing requirements

Establish a performance culture and monitor quality standards within the team

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred or equivalent work experience

5 years of leadership experience with progressive levels of responsibility

3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience

Ability to manage a large service-oriented team and adapt to changing priorities

Familiarity with insurance processing and medical terminology is a plus
